Patricia Wells est sans doute l’américaine la plus gastronome en France. Elle est l’auteur de nombreux livres culinaires. Son livre Patricia Wells at Home in Provence (1996) a remporté le prix James Beard du meilleur livre de cuisine internationale. Patricia Wells a été la seule femme américaine à être critique gastronomique pour la revue L’Express, de 1988 à 1991. Elle a également été critique gastronomique pour le International Herald Tribune de 1980 à 2007. La 5e édition de son célèbre livre The Food Lover’s Guide to Paris paraîtra prochainement dans les librairies. Patricia Wells donne des cours de cuisine et partage son temps entre Paris et la Provence.
Daniel Rose, le chef américain qui fait beaucoup parler de lui à Paris, sera de nouveau notre hôte pour le déjeuner chez Spring, restaurant très prisé à la longue liste d’attente…. Une belle occasion pour goûter le menu de saison, toujours fabuleux.
